3. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. Minor variations in fabric texture or embellishment placement are inherent to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once you receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered across Pakistan via registered courier services. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or public holidays.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and logos — is the property of Desire Clothing and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

Return & Exchange Policy
At Desire Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Eligible Conditions
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Free from stains, perfume, or signs of use
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order number
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased during special promotions
- Undergarments and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items with broken seals or removed tags
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange (e.g., different size or colour):
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for exchange
- Our team will arrange a pickup from your location
- The replacement item will be dispatched once the returned item passes quality check
5. Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. In case of a genuine defect or incorrect item, store credit will be issued equal to the order value, valid for 30 days.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
7. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Policy
Desire Clothing delivers across Pakistan. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad
- And all other cities and towns nationwide
2. Courier Partners
We dispatch orders through trusted courier partners:
- TCS Courier
- Leopards Courier
- BlueEx
The courier service is assigned based on your delivery location and item weight.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–6 working days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery city and order weight. The exact amount will be shown before you confirm your order.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel.
7. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails (no one available, incorrect address), the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, including area, city, and contact number, is accurate. Desire Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Payment Policy
Desire Clothing currently offers a simple and secure payment method tailored to the Pakistani market.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery of your order.
2. Currency
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices displayed on the website are in PKR inclusive of all applicable charges.
3. How COD Works
- Place your order on our website
- Receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp
- Your order is packed and dispatched via courier
- Pay the exact amount in cash to the courier upon delivery
4. Order Verification
Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch. Please ensure your provided contact number is active and reachable.
5. COD Charges
A nominal Cash on Delivery fee may apply depending on your order value and delivery location. This will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted.
7. Future Payment Methods
We are working to introduce online payment options including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. These will be made available on our website once activated.
